The Madison Event Center was absolutely wonderful for our wedding venue! We felt like we got on a personal basis with Zoe and Riley. They helped us book our venue and showed us plenty of different halls between Hotel Covington and Madison Center. They were also very transparent about their prices and showed us how much each hall would be depending on how many people we could have. They even printed off all the pricing. Compared to other wedding venues; this is the most transparent upfront pricing I’ve gotten so far and we have toured 5 different venues. If you book with the Madison center you will most likely not need a day of coordinator as they assign you someone that plans the whole day for you ahead of time and that was Riley. She was very detailed, concise, and extremely helpful. The day of the wedding they provided us with captains that basically run the show for the rehearsal, ceremony, and reception. We were extremely impressed with how professional they were on our wedding day. We seriously cannot thank them enough for making this absolutely the best day of our lives. Where do we even begin? The Madison Event Center/ Hotel Covington Staff has been phenomenal since day one. We worked extensively with both Ashley and Zoe. They probably answered hundreds if not thousands of emails I sent them! You can tell they love what they do and want the best for their couples. I had a couple moments where I seconded guessed every decision I made, and Zoe called me to talk though it all. She is an angel and the sweetest person I had the honor of working with and knowing. We had our tea ceremony and regular ceremony at the Hotel Covington and reception at the Emerald Room at The Madison. The entire day was beautiful! The staff checked in on us often and made sure our parents/grandparents had everything they needed :) The staff also helped us clean up everything at the end of the night! We are sincerely grateful we got married here :) Thank you for everything.

The Madison was so wonderful to us. I am a wedding photographer, and after being in the industry for over a decade, I knew The Madison would be a great fit for our event. We had our wedding reception in the beautiful Royale Ballroom and it was such a timeless and stress-free experience. I'm so happy that we chose The Madison for our wedding because not only was the experience leading up to the day so easy, and the staff were so kind, but our guests had such a great experience as well. It was so nice having the all-inclusive package. Not having to worry about set-up or tear-down was SO nice, and the food was amazing. The staff did such a great job on my big day, and it's so cool to see how consistent they are when I come back to photograph other couple's weddings. Thank you all so so much!! I cannot say enough great things about The Madison and all of their staff! From working with Amber and Riley throughout the entire planning process to all of the staff on the day of the wedding; every single interaction we had all went above and beyond our expectations. The day of I wasn't worried about anything relating to the reception because I knew they would pull everything off wonderfully - and they did! Our guests raved about the reception and how wonderful the bar selection, food, and late-night coneys were. I could go on and on, but my wedding wouldn't have been a joy to plan if I didn't work with The Madison. Can't recommend enough!

Staff, Venue and Food Perfect! We just had my Brother Daughters Ceremony and Wedding at the Madison. From the beginning to the end our family and friends were taken care of. No lines to get something to drink, food was buffeted, hot and delicious! Venue was clean from the sidewalks to bathrooms. Fire exits were cleared ( I checked), hallways lighted properly and staff uniforms very clean. Dance floor was packed from the first to last song! Great night!
